Attention Heart Walkers! Go from Zero to Hero by September 30th and you can win BIG! If your fundraising total is $0 as of September 15 and you fundraise at least $100 ONLINE by September 30th, not only will you automatically get AHA’s 2016 Kern County Heart Walk t-shirt, but you will also be entered to win FOUR executive level seats to a Condors game at Rabobank Arena between October 22 and November 26—plus a basket of Condors swag! Nominate yourself or a friend for the American Heart Association Lifestyle Change Award!

The American Heart Association wants to recognize individuals who have made positive changes to improve their quality of life and health. No change is too small, and every accomplishment is significant! Nominations for the Lifestyle Change Award can be submitted by friends, co-workers or relatives and individuals can nominate themselves. Winners will be chosen by a volunteer committee.
