Lifestyle Change Button

The American Heart Association wants to recognize people who have made positive changes to improve their quality of life and health.

No change is too small, and every accomplishment is significant. That is why we are now accepting nominations for the 2014 Bakersfield Heart & Stroke Walk Lifestyle Change Award, locally sponsored by Grimmway Farms.

Nominations for the Lifestyle Change Award are open to the public and can be submitted by friends, co-workers, relatives... you can even nominate yourself!

The nomination deadline is October 10, 2014

The Lifestyle Change Award winner will be announced live at the Heart and Stroke Walk on Saturday, October 18.
